Lifetime Microchip Diamond Monthly Membership Registration

• Microchips that are 9 characters long, and ones that are 15 characters long will be numeric and will NOT contain any letters.
• Microchips that are 10 characters long can include letters and numbers.
• Only the letters A-F can be part of the microchip. Any character that appears to be the letter O is actually a 0 (zero).
• The microchip will not include the ISO code (ISO11784/11785 is commonly mistaken as the microchip).
